This summer has been unusually hot with temperatures here in St. George up to 116! We've been keeping cool inside looking for new projects to offer our faithful stitchers. This is a good time to get started on Christmas projects so here's what's new on the site this month in embellished, stamped and counted cross stitch, as well as needlepoint.

With all the hoopla surrounding the new Harry Potter book, we thought you might enjoy a great new project in counted cross stitch featuring a wonderful wizard, entitled "Scarlet Wizard." We also have three beautiful new Christmas projects to try for a fresh new look this Christmas. As well as a darling puppy picture, a sweet mother-baby themed project, and a few dazzling floral scenes. We especially love the "Rose Cuttings" project.

In Embellished and Stamped Cross Stitch we have a Christmas baby quilt filled with sweet teddy bears; a floral project entitled "Geranium Basket"; and for our die hard Thomas Kinkade fans, we have two new projects entitled "Moonlit Village" and "Home Is Where The Heart Is - I."

In Needlepoint we've added three new projects, two of them wonderful stockings featuring whimsical themes you'll love to have on your mantle this Christmas. And, finally, a fun pillow project entitled "Family Fun."
